Shipping Coverage

We proudly offer free ground shipping within the 48 contiguous United States and free shipping across Australia.
This excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.  All shipments include curbside delivery with unloading service provided by the carrier to ensure safe handling of your mower upon arrival. Customers may also choose to pick up their orders directly from our warehouse.

For Alaska, Puerto Rico & Hawaii:
Please contact us for a customized shipping quote.Free ground shipping is not available for these locations.

Processing & Shipping Time

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days

  • Estimated Transit Time: 7–15 business days

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information and the carrier details.
Click the tracking number in your email to view real-time shipping updates.

Shipping Methods

1. Mowers (LTL Freight Delivery)

Our main products, including the DeepKron Mower series, are delivered by LTL freight truck service.
We work with trusted third-party carriers across North America, including but not limited to:

Curbside Delivery with Liftgate Service: To ensure your safety and convenience, all freight shipments include Liftgate Service. The driver will lower the mower from the truck to the ground (curbside).

Appointment Required: The carrier will call you 24-48 hours prior to delivery to schedule a drop-off window. Please ensure the phone number provided at checkout is accurate.

2. Attachments & Accessories (Parcel Delivery)

DeepKron attachments and smaller accessories are shipped through standard parcel carriers such as:

  • FedEx
  • UPS
  • DHL

Tracking information will be provided once the order is processed and handed to the carrier.

Warehouse Pickup Option

We are pleased to offer an option for customers to pick up their orders directly from our warehouse, providing maximum flexibility and time-saving convenience.

1. Availability and Locations

Applicability: This service is available exclusively for the Deepkron Mower Series.

Location Selection: Customers must select their preferred pickup location during the checkout process.

For Australian Orders: 27 Agosta Dr, Laverton North, VIC 3026, Australia

2. Order Processing and Notification

Your pickup order requires dedicated handling and scheduling to ensure your equipment is safely prepared.

Processing Time: After your order is successfully placed and paid for, our warehouse typically requires 2–4 business days to prepare your order for collection.

Pickup Voucher: Once your item is ready, you will receive an email notification titled "Ready for Pickup". This email serves as your official pickup voucher.

Crucial Note: Please do not travel to the warehouse until you have received the "Ready for Pickup" notification. Orders cannot be released without this confirmation.

3. Pickup Procedure and Requirements

Pickup Hours: Collection must occur during standard warehouse operating hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (excluding public holidays).

Required Documentation: The customer (or authorized representative) must present the following two items to warehouse staff:
The electronic or printed "Ready for Pickup" email.

A valid, government-issued photo ID matching the name on the order.

Authorized Pickup: If a third party is collecting the order, they must present the customer’s "Ready for Pickup" email along with a written, signed authorization from the original customer.

Taxes & Duties

All listed prices include applicable taxes and import duties.There are no hidden fees or additional charges—what you see on the product page is the final price you pay.

Shipping Responsibility & Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all shipping information provided is accurate.

  • If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@deepkron.com or +1 (646)-234-0488.
  • We will make every effort to correct the address before shipment. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional reshipping fees may apply.

Damaged Shipments

We take great care in packaging your Mowers. However, in the rare event of shipping damage:

  1. Inspect Upon Arrival: Please inspect the crate/packaging before signing the delivery receipt.
  2. Note Damages: If you see visible damage, clearly write "DAMAGED" on the driver’s delivery receipt (POD).
  3. Contact Us: Take photos of the damage and email them to support@deepkron.com within 48 hours. We will handle the claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or repair parts immediately.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, please contact us immediately.
We’ll issue a full refund with no additional fees.
Once the order has shipped, our standard return policy will apply.

Order Processing Details

Order processing time refers to the period between when an order is placed and when it’s handed over to the shipping carrier.
Processing begins on the date your order is placed and typically takes 1–3 business days.
Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during regular business hours, excluding public holidays.
During holidays, we make every effort to minimize any potential shipping delays.

Delivery Notes & Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please note “Damaged” upon receipt and immediately report it to the freight company.
Then, contact us to report the issue so we can assist you with a replacement or resolution.

We strive to maintain accurate inventory levels to ensure prompt order fulfillment.
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we’ll contact you within three business days with an estimated shipping date or alternative solutions.
