Refund policy
Deepkron.com is committed to providing high-quality products to our customers.However, we understand that you may occasionally need to return an item.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and the product has not been used,we offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.Return requests submitted after 14 days will not be accepted.
1. Order Cancellation
We understand that plans change.
Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us immediately for a full refund with no fees.
After Shipment: If the order has already been picked up by the freight carrier, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you will need to follow our standard Return Process (see below) once the item arrives, or refuse delivery (return shipping fees will apply).
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
Condition: The product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging (including the crate for mowers).
Timeframe: The return request must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Non-returnable Items
The following items or conditions are not eligible for return:

Damage to a product resulting from negligence.

Damage caused by unauthorized modification.

Damage resulting from failure to follow the user manual.

Damage due to normal wear of parts designed to wear out.

Damage caused by use in an unsuitable environment.

Theft or loss of the product.
Returnable Items
The following issues are eligible for return or replacement:

Defects in materials used to manufacture your product.

Defects in workmanship under normal use.

Broken components under normal operation.
The item must be returned in its original condition, including all labels, accessories, and packaging.
For safety and hygiene reasons, items must show no signs of wear, use, or damage.
We reserve the right to reject a return if the product does not meet these conditions.
3. Return Process & Fees
Scenario A: Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Item Received If the return is due to our error (e.g., received damaged, defective, or incorrect model), we will make it right immediately.
Fee: Free. We cover all return shipping costs.
Action: Please email photos/videos of the issue to support@deepkron.com. We will arrange for the carrier to pick up the unit or send a replacement at no cost to you.
Scenario B: Customer Remorse (Changed Mind / No Longer Needed) If you wish to return a product for personal reasons, you are responsible for the return costs.
For Mowers (LTL Freight): Due to the size and weight of our machines, return shipping is costly. We will arrange the freight pickup for you, but a flat Return Shipping Fee of $350 will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover the freight costs(For Australian orders, a flat return shipping fee of 350 AUD will apply).
For Attachments & Accessories: The buyer is responsible for shipping the item back to our New Jersey warehouse via a trackable courier (UPS/FedEx).
4. How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us: Email support@deepkron.com with your Order # and reason for return.
Authorization: We will respond within 24-48 business hours with a Return Authorization and instructions.
Pack & Ship:For mowers, please secure the unit in its original crate. We will email you the Bill of Lading (BOL) and schedule the carrier pickup.
For accessories, print the provided label or ship via your preferred carrier.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse: We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days of receipt.
If approved, the refund (minus any applicable return shipping fees) will be processed to your original payment method.
Bank Processing Time: Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you still haven’t received it,please contact us at support@deepkron.com for further assistance.
6. Return Addresses
To ensure a smooth return process, please ship your item to the warehouse corresponding to your location. Note: Do not ship any items without receiving a Return Authorization (RA) number from our support team first.
