If you experience any technical issues or require replacement parts, please contact us without hesitation. Our team is committed to assisting you and will respond to your inquiry within 1-2 business days.
1. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage
The following circumstances are not covered by our warranty policy:
- Products purchased through third-party auctions
- Products resold by unauthorized individuals or entities
- Used or second-hand machines
2. Corrective Actions for Defects or Issues
If a product develops an issue, we will take appropriate corrective actions based on the specific circumstances:
Products will be repaired, or defective parts will be replaced as deemed necessary.
For issues caused by manufacturing defects or quality concerns, replacement parts will be shipped to your address free of charge.
For damage resulting from human error or misuse, replacement parts will be subject to applicable charges.
3. Warranty Duration
All Deepkron products include a one-year non-transferable warranty when purchased directly from our official website. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.
