Who can use Klarna?

To be eligible to use Klarna, you must:

  • Be a resident of the United States or its territories with a valid US address

  • Be at least 18 with a valid SSN

  • Have a valid card/bank account

  • Be able to receive verification codes via text

When do I pay?

That depends on your agreement.

  • Your first payment will be due one month after your order was processed, and then monthly thereafter on the same date each month (Some orders require a down payment)

  • You can always find your payment plan and upcoming payments in your Klarna app

What if I return my machine or accessories?

If your machine arrives with serious damage or is not working properly, you can report the issue in your Klarna account and contact our team immediately. Klarna will pause your payment while we investigate.

Minor cosmetic marks or shipping-related scuffs are normal and do not affect the machine’s performance or warranty. These do not qualify as damage for return or refund purposes.

There's something wrong with my order. Do I still need to pay for it?

You do not need to pay for goods that are received damaged, broken, or defective. Follow the retailer’s dispute instructions and “report a problem” in your Klarna account to pause your statement until the issue is resolved. As soon as the retailer has registered your return, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

My statement is incorrect. What should I do?

If your Klarna statement doesn’t match your final invoice, please contact Deepkron support.
You can also report the issue in your Klarna account to pause your payment until it’s corrected.

I have not received my order. What happens to my statement?

You won’t have to pay until your machine is delivered. If there’s a delay, log into Klarna, select “report a problem” to pause your statement, and contact our support team for shipping updates.

How can I pay monthly？
